The pilot of Amazon Studios’ prequel series for Stephen King’s The Dark Tower, starting with an adaptation of the story of Roland Deschains youth as narrated in book 4 ‘Wizard and Glass’.
Ivan’s character has not been publicly disclosed so far. Filming takes place this summer in Croatia and has started in mid-May 2019 with Ivan joining two weeks later. Principal photography is expected to wrap at the end of June 2019.
Ivan is back and forth between this project and the high-concept action thriller Gunpowder Milkshake which is filming in Babelsberg Studios Berlin from 3rd June 2019 onward.
