***Update 13th February 2024:
Finally, Apocalypse Clown sees the start of its international release on digital platforms in Germany on 15th February 2024. This will be followed by a bi-lingual DVD release (sadly, we haven’t seen any announcements for Blu-rays so far).
Not long ago, an American fan on YouTube had reported that they had been able to find the film on Netflix US and the US release had, in fact, been announced for winter 2023. But only a few days later other fans in the US said they could not find the movie on Netflix. We will inform you when we find news on the US release.

Interview Excerpts on Ivan and His Character The Great Alphonso
Before and after the premieres, some podcast interviews shed light on Ivan’s character The Great Alphonso (character page with a collation from interviews and reviews coming soon), and on Ivan’s qualities that made him such a great choice to play this dark, yet comical character – which is a perfect fit for his greatest talents and predilections.

The relevance of Ivan’s character for driving the plot forward
Ivan Kaye as a particularly bombastic villain
Sounds like him. But let us not be so sure about the label. Ivan mentioned “tragic and funny”, so let us first see what he has done with the character.
Podcast by David Earl
There is a new podcast episode by one of the leads David Earl and his podcast co-host with George Kane that has been released just today and we still need to check it.
Behind-the-Scenes & Promo Stills
Around the festival premieres, some new behind-the-scenes material and promo stills have been released. Sadly, the latter usually come in awful picture quality through social media and website posts.
But here is a selection of the material:
