Over nine years after King Aelle’s first appearance on screen, you finally have the chance to meet Ivan in person on 5th November 2022 at the German Vikings Con in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Düsseldorf-Neuss, Germany.
This is a rare opportunity to experience the world’s loveliest villain for hire, our gentle giant with his beguiling charisma live and first-hand yourself, to get photos, autographs and ask him questions directly.
We do not know if there will be another chance for such a rewarding experience that will become one of your most treasured memories. Speaking from personal experience, we can assure you that you are in for an especially delightful treat.
Ivan is a pleasure to be with, you will feel instantly comfortable in his relaxing, calm and firm presence. He is one of the kindest people we know, an amusing entertainer with a good sense of humour, intelligent, funny and erudite, and a vivid narrator with loads of anecdotes in store.
Now you can get to know the Saxon “flip side” of Vikings right from the source and have Ivan dive into the depths of his interpretation of King Aelle with your questions – surprises, deep insights and unexpected new emotions guaranteed.
You have also the extremely rare chance to catch King Aelle’s actor side by side with Ragnar’s Travis Fimmel and as part of the larger “Saxon team” with Amy Bailey and Moe Dunford who are Ivan’s friends in real life too. The same goes for Clive Standen aka Rollo as well who has been announced on 10th August.
